Review contract to ensure all documents are included, signed and up-to-date

Send introduction emails to all parties including the contract

Maintain communication with all pertinent parties throughout the transaction

Obtain EMD by due date and get paperwork signed accordingly

Schedule inspections and manage all inspection communication and tasks

Keep agent calendar up to date with all important contract dates

Complete title forms/documents

Draft addenda as needed

Send HOA or Condo documents and obtain signatures on HOA transmittal documents

Maintain all appraisal communication and coordination

Obtain Loan Commitment by due date

Ensure CD goes out and is signed
